Drained Rice:
1-Rinse the rice and let it soak in salt and water for 1 to 2 hours.
2-Boil the water in the pot and add the rice to the boiling water (for each cup of rice use 4 cups of water)
3-After 7-10 minutes drain the rice, then add some oil into the pot and Pour the rice in it.
4-Put it on low heat and let it cook for 30 minutes.
Steamed Rice:
1-Rinse the rice and soak it in salt and water for 1 to 2 hours.
2-Drain the soaked rice and pour it with water into a proper container (for each cup of rice use 1-1.5 cup of water). Then turn up the flame and let it boil until the water evaporate.
3-Then turn the flame down and let it cook for 30 minutes.
